Safe Return Alliance

One mission: Safe return, justice, and restored dignity.

Mission Statement

Safe Return Alliance (SRA) is an independent international organisation focused on sanctions, justice, and accountability for individuals, corporations, and financial networks that sponsor, finance, or profit from wars, terrorism, and human rights violations.

We work to ensure that those who enable aggression and repression are exposed, sanctioned, and punished under national and international law, while protecting and assisting the victims of their actions including displaced civilians, refugees, and families of the unlawfully detained.

Our activities unite investigative analysis, legal coordination, and humanitarian response. We pursue evidence-based accountability through open source intelligence, forensic documentation, and direct engagement with sanctions authorities, regulators, and courts.

SRA exists to demonstrate that humanitarian protection and accountability are inseparable: every life matters, and every act of aggression must have a cost.

Core Objectives

Sanctions and Financial Accountability

Identify, document, and expose individuals and entities that enable or profit from war, occupation, or terrorism. Coordinate legal submissions to sanctions authorities, enforcement agencies, and international tribunals. Advocate for asset freezes, trade restrictions, and regulatory enforcement against war sponsors and complicit intermediaries. Support reforms to close loopholes in global sanctions regimes and promote responsible corporate behaviour.

Evidence and
Justice

Operate the SRA Accountability Repository, a secure database of verified evidence linking financial, logistical, and informational networks to conflict related crimes. Provide structured case files to partner law firms, prosecutors, and sanctioning bodies under international standards such as the Berkeley Protocol. Facilitate collaboration between investigators, journalists, and compliance experts to advance lawful punishment of perpetrators and enablers.

Humanitarian Protection and Refugee Support

Deliver rapid aid and evacuation assistance to civilians in conflict zones. Support refugees and displaced persons through documentation, resettlement, and integration. Offer psychosocial care and reintegration pathways for returnees and survivors. Ensure that humanitarian aid remains transparent, accountable, and conflict sensitive.

Hostage Advocacy and Civilian Detention Cases

Support families of kidnapped or unlawfully detained civilians. Conduct secure case verification and open source investigation. Liaise with governments, law enforcement, and human rights mechanisms to secure safe release and justice.

How We Work?

Integrated Accountability Model: SRA combines sanctions analysis, legal coordination, and humanitarian engagement under one framework. Every verified case whether of detention, forced displacement, or corporate complicity is handled through a secure, evidence driven workflow that links victims, investigators, and authorities.

Global Investigative Network: We collaborate with investigative journalists, financial crime specialists, human rights lawyers, and OSINT analysts to develop actionable intelligence dossiers. SRA’s network covers jurisdictions across the UK, EU, US, and international mechanisms.

Legal and Ethical Integrity: All operations adhere to the principles of legality, neutrality, and due process. SRA does not engage in political partisanship but acts as a bridge between humanitarian field work and international justice enforcement.

Privacy and Security: All data is encrypted and managed under strict chain of custody procedures. Consent, safety, and confidentiality of victims are paramount.
